More Questions?

What happens during a worship service?
A typical service includes live music, a message from the Bible that connects to everyday life, and opportunities to connect with others.
What should I wear?
You’ll see everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. Wear what’s comfortable—there’s no dress code here.
What time are the services?
Our Sunday morning service times:
  • 8:30 AM – First Service
  • 9:45 AM – Sunday Groups
  • 11 AM – Second Service
We recommend arriving early to grab some coffee, meet a few people, and find a good seat.
How long is a service?
Each service generally lasts about an hour.
What about my kids?
We have safe, fun, age-appropriate programs for kids (birth–2nd) during the services, led by an incredible team of background-checked and trained volunteers.
  • Your kids will join you for worship until the last song before the message. At that point a prompt will show on the screen to release Pre-K through 2nd graders to kid's church.
  • Our Kids team will be happy to assist you with check-in before the service or when kids are released during worship.

Our 3rd–5th grade kids are invited to join us for the entire service in adult worship.

On the occasion of a 5th Sunday, we have Super Sunday! This means that we will have a special time for kids 1st–5th to worship upstairs in the Youth Room. On Super Sundays kids will be released at the normal time during worship.

We believe that every kid should have a safe space to have fun and learn more about Jesus, so strive to provide a secure environment for all ages. For more information, please email our Children's Director, Mollie Hefner at Mollie@simpsonvillebaptist.com.
Do I have to believe in God to come?
Nope. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re curious, skeptical, or already a follower of Jesus.
How do I get connected beyond Sunday morning?
Every Wednesday Night we have our Midweek groups. These groups are designed to take you deeper into community. We have groups for all ages (Birth–Senior Adults).

For more information about Midweek, please reach out to our Discipleship Pastor, John Adams at john@simpsonvillebaptist.com.
